For many years, I have been accompanying couples at beautiful weddings, which I have designed very individually.
Hello, I’m Jan, wedding speaker and wedding planner at Liebe Hoch 2 Weddings. Welcome to my website. I originally worked for many years as a modern theologian for the church in Switzerland. Over time, it became increasingly difficult for me because I felt the church lacked the courage to modernize in a meaningful way, which preoccupied and weighed heavily on me in my work. As a result, I was only allowed to perform baptisms or weddings in exceptional cases. My faith began to change and I broke away from the church. In 2018, I finally started my own business.
How did it start? My first independent ceremony as an independent speaker
Well, one day a friend asked me if, as a theologian, I could perform a non-religious wedding ceremony for a couple she knew. The couple didn’t want a church wedding, but a civil ceremony wasn’t enough for them. I said, “Yes, of course, why not.” And so it became my first beautiful independent wedding ceremony in a castle, accompanied by Spanish guitar music and a soul singer. I also performed a wedding ritual with the bride and groom involving bread, honey, and salt for the sweet and salty days of their future life together as a married couple.
Today, as an independent speaker and wedding speaker, I offer independent ceremonies that connect the world between people and their cultural backgrounds. I design the ceremonies with a lot of heart in German, English, French, or Italian. It gives me great pleasure to accompany each couple to their wedding. Not only as an independent speaker, but even more so as a wedding planner, for which I have also trained.
Today, as a passionate wedding planner specializing in the organization of weddings, it is my passion to understand and fulfill all your wishes. It should be the happiest day of your life.
